We are down to four weeks and counting.
I am looking forward to:
- My leg not hurting so bad that I can't stand up.
- Not having contractions on one side of my stomach.
- Being able to wear normal clothes. (I have for the most part stayed out of maternity clothes however, some of my shirts are starting to get tight or too short. Not a good look for anyone.)
- Seeing what this little girl looks like.
- Not being pregnant anymore. No matter how easy I have it being pregnant in general is not the most enjoyable thing.
Things I have done to get ready for baby:
- Mopped all upstairs floors and waxed.
- Washed baby clothes and put away.
- Purchased new fall clothes for the kids.
- Deep cleaned the kitchen including drawers, fridge, and cupboards.
- Organized office.
- Dusted and cleaned upstairs and down.
Things I would like to do before baby comes:
- Mop the upstairs and wax...again.
- Set up crib, wash blankets and sheets, get bouncy seat ready.
- Have menu planned and shopping done for when my mom comes to make it easier.
- Finish baby gifts for other people.
- Start on Halloween costumes.
- Organize Laney's drawers and Gavin's closet.
- Buy a second car.
Now that I have written a list the tasks don't seem quite so daunting. That is good.
Good for my sanity anyways.

7 What do you think?:
You sure sound nesty! :) Although you are always super clean and organized anyway! I need to start thinking about fall clothes... I get too dependent on my sister's hand-me-downs and my mom's generosity.
I didn't know you were going to get a second car. Fun for you!
Hey I wanted to mention my photographer sister is visiting me next week. It's probably not a good time for you to have pictures done, but I wanted to tell you just in case! Let me know if you have any interest.
I think it's so funny that buying a second car is just randomly on the list!!! Good luck getting it all done- if only things would just stay clean until then.
I'm with you Hannah. Even though I had easy pregnancies being NOT pregnant is great. Glad I'm done. Sounds like it all is fresh and clean there and ready to bring home the new addition.
I'm with Lindsey, I thought it was funny that buying a second car was on your "To-Do" list. I wish it was on mine!! :)
I hope these last 4 weeks go by fast, they can be the worst ones! Good luck!
Good Luck with all that! I got exhausted just reading it, I think I'll go take a nap now.
What kind of second car are you considering for purchase?
Counting down the days! I am all about a good list...especially one that I don't have to complete. :) Good Luck!
