I had some questions about my canner.
Blake got me the Presto 23 Qt. Canner. (I think this might be the largest there is.)
I really like it so far. Minus my Apricot debacle, everything else has turned out great. (which was technically done in a water-bath canner.)
My beans that I canned turned out good too.
My pinto beans I plan on using in tacos, salads, and for making refried beans.
I have used my Garbanzo beans in a salad already, and have also made the Spicy Roasted Chickpeas from Our Best Bites. The next thing I am going to try is Sweet Corn and Roasted Jalapeno Hummus.
